Saturday at the Stage
Waunelle Finamore and State Senator Gene Stipe (dean of the Oklahoma State Senate) opening the 1999 Festival some former Italian Festival royalty gathered around the 1999 Re and Regina (king and queen)

the Italian dancers troupe from Dallas, a perennial favourite at the Festival these dancers were GREAT!
both of their performances delighted the crowd spinning and twirling to the lively Italian music
the troupe performed a dozen different dances from the traditions of all the major areas of Italy representing The Italian Club of Dallas with unbelievable energy!!!
Nick Ballarini during his on-stage performance - he also wandered the entire Festival playing that great Italian music one of the three bands which performed on Saturday

Hawk Boats displayed one of the hot bass boats which are built in McAlester kids always love clowns

superb quality and workmanship face-painting
40,000 square feet of indoor exhibitor space young love captured forever in a drawing
commercial merchandise of many types was also available in the Expo Building
